Social Support Group

Our Social Support Group (formerly known as PAG) provides a valuable service for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders, as well as people with a disability who are living independently in the community.

This program offers a variety of activities that encourage social connection beyond the home, supporting participants to stay engaged and connected. Each activity is thoughtfully designed to meet the individual cultural, physical, intellectual, emotional, and social needs of our clients.

The overall goal is to support and enhance wellbeing, helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life.

For more information on how to join us please call Social Support Manager Amanda on (03) 9383 4244 or 0417 510 954.
