Aboriginal Community Elders Services (ACES) is the only Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander community-controlled organisation in an urban setting providing aged care services designed to support Elders and community members to remain connected, independent and well.

Our programs are delivered with a strong focus on culture, respect, choice and individual needs, recognising the importance of maintaining connection to community, family and Country. Through a range of tailored supports, we work alongside clients to promote wellbeing, independence and quality of life at every stage of ageing.

Whether support is needed at home, through social connection opportunities, or through coordinated care services, ACES is committed to delivering culturally safe and responsive programs that honour the strengths, knowledge and contributions of our Elders.

Outreach Care Program

Supporting Elders to live independently, stay connected, and remain at home with dignity for as long as possible.

Residential Care

ACES has a growing Residential Aged Care Facility in East Brunswick, providing culturally safe high and low care services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders.

Social Support Program

Our Social Support Group helps Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders and people with disability stay connected, engaged and living independently in the community.

Support at Home

Our Support at Home Program provides tailored services to help people remain safe, independent and connected while continuing to live at home and in their community.
