There are around 45 staff (permanent full time, part time and casual) employed at ACES. Over 20 staff are employed in the residential care program dedicated to delivering quality accommodation services to Indigenous Australians.

Cultural safety is caring and nursing in a culturally appropriate manner whilst working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander residents and clients.
