Due to the outbreak of covid-19 in the community Acting Premier announced circuit breaker restrictions which commenced from 11:59pm on Thursday 27 May to be in place until 11:59pm on Thursday 3 June 2021. For details go to www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au/coronavirus-covidsafe-settings

The circuit breaker restrictions apply to all care facilities, whether operated by government, the private sector or not-for-profit organisations including residential aged care like ACES.

Protecting vulnerable populations is critical during the restrictions period.

As a result no visitors will be permitted into ACES effectively as of the date and time of the announcement last week and no one will be able to have any excursions or trips out of ACES unless for medical or care matters which should be directed through the ACES Director of Nursing or the senior management person on duty.

ACES reserves the right to add more conditions to the announced restrictions should these be deemed necessary for the protection of ACES Elders and staff from covid-19. If you wish to discuss ACES visiting regulations call 9383 4244 during office hours.
