Our Social Support Group provides a valuable service for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders, as well as people with a disability who are living independently in the community.

This program offers a variety of activities that encourage social connection beyond the home, supporting participants to stay engaged and connected. Each activity is thoughtfully designed to meet the individual cultural, physical, intellectual, emotional, and social needs of our clients.

The overall goal is to support and enhance wellbeing, helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life.

We have new and exciting activities and excursions including a Pamper Day, computer/iPad Lessons, Arts & Crafts, a day trip to Narana Cultural centre and a two day mini-break to Echuca/Moama plus so much more!

For more information on how to join us please call PAG Manager Amanda on (03) 9383 4244 or 0417 510 954.
